LabTrac Pricing LabTrac is $2,495, which includes the server software and client licenses for seven (7) different labs. We highly recommend purchasing an annual maintenance agreement (see below). Additional labs may be purchased at $295 per lab and do not require separate maintenance agreements. For TutorTrac customers: $2,495 includes seven labs and the first year of Annual Maintenance. Shipping is free, and we charge sales tax only for schools in Arizona. We accept purchase orders, all major credit cards or payment via check.

Annual Upgrade/Support Subscriptions $749 per year, includes unlimited online training, unlimited technical support, and unlimited software upgrades during subscription year. Subscribers receive minor modifications as necessary (please discuss with technical support) as well as import scripts from your SIS system. Subscribers also receive substantial discounts for our annual Redrock Software conference in Arizona. |
