LabTrac Pricing

LabTrac is $2,495, which includes the software server and seven (7) different labs. We highly recommend purchasing an annual maintenance agreement (see below). Additional labs may be purchased at $295 per lab and do not require separate maintenance agreements.

For TutorTrac customers: $2,495 includes seven labs and the first year of Platinum maintenance.

Shipping is free, and we charge sales tax only for schools in Arizona. We accept purchase orders, all major credit cards or payment via check.

Annual Upgrade/Support Subscriptions

As a member of our support program, your center will receive priority responses and service to all inquiries. Depending on the level of service you choose, your center will receive LabTrac upgrades as available.

Silver Package:

$299 per year, includes unlimited technical support incidents and one online training session. Additional training is available at $95 per hour. User installs the software. Upgrades will be priced individually as they occur and are not included with this package. Average price per upgrade may be $500-$800. Import scripts (from your student information system) are not included with the Silver package. Any modification requests will be completed at a rate of $95 per hour or as specified by a Redrock developer.

Gold Package:

$499 per year, includes two sessions of online training, all software upgrades and bug fixes during subscription year, and unlimited incidents of technical support. Additional training is available at $95 per hour. Import scripts (from your student information system) are included in the Gold Package. Minor modification requests will be completed at no additional charge (please contact technical support for details on these types of modifications).

Platinum Package:

$699 per year, includes unlimited online training, all software upgrades and bug fixes during subscription year, and unlimited technical support. Redrock Software installs the upgrades for you via remote access link automatically as they occur. Members of our Platinum service receive discounts on LabTrac University opportunities in your area. Import scripts (from your student information system) are included in the Platinum Package. Minor modification requests will be completed at no additional charge (please contact technical support for details on these types of modifications).
